The 22 acre Trovato Vineyard lies on a ridge that offers excellent drainage plus south and southwest sun exposure and excellent drainage. Harvested early, the grapes are fermented and aged in neutral French oak. The result is 438 cases of luscious Chardonnay with gorgeous aromas, intricate flavors and a generous finish.
