Bright menthol over rich berry fruit open the proceedings here, leaving no doubt that you are now Down Under. It’s quite approachable now with its bright mid palate, supple texture and lively acidity that extends the finish. Beef or lamb will play well here, and a slight chill wouldn’t be out of line.
