I love Stephen Reustle’s approach to winemaking – he is bent on letting sense of place speak without any sort of ego or forced personality. This Syrah shows lovely pepper notes over fresh black and blue berries, with dashes of brown spice and tar. Everything is lifted and remains so through the long, food friendly finish. Another winner Reustle Prayer Rock!
