Trapiche, Mendoza (Argentina) Malbec 2021

 With its deep purple-red color, seductive aromas and powerhouse flavors this is a must-try Malbec.  On the palate, elements of sweet fruit including dark berries and black peppercorns are backed by just enough acidity to keep things bright and balanced.  While it is generous in aroma and on the taste buds, this red wine is by no means aggressive, and in fact it lends itself to partnering with a variety of foods, from a simple mushroom omelet to rich and beefy Boeuf Bourguignon.
