Aromatic, fresh and not weighed down by oak, this easy-going white wine is enjoyable on its own or accompanying seafood or other relatively light fare. Like many bottling of Pouilly-Fumé, this one is perhaps a tad smokier, or flintier, than a Sancerre, and it abounds in natural acidity.
