Clean Slate Riesling, imported from Germany by Winebow, is a perfect summer sipper at a price that will get you all the way to fall. It is off-dry, but has enough acidity to carry the dash of residual sugar in style, keeping pure flavors of citrus and stone fruit with a little spice popping in thirst-quenching fashion. Once again, nicely done.
