Jordan continues to deliver elegance with their Chardonnay. A crisp entry leads to a creamy texture midpalate, and returns to crispness in the finish, all the while carrying a layered mix of apple, pear and citrus in pure and perceptible fashion. The oak load seems just right here, adding a toasty character that boosts the fruit without covering it up. This has me salivating for seafood.
