Made from 100 percent Hondarribi Zuri, this Txakolina from Ameztoi offers enticing aromas of green apple, citrus, and briny sea air. Crisp and vibrant on the palate with residual CO2 from vinification livening things up, this dry bottling leans into fresh and tart flavors of lime, green pear, grapefruit, sea spray, and underlying notes of tarragon. This finishes with mouth-watering acidity and is eminently quaffable.
