 Here is a relatively easy-to-find TrentoDOC that will serve as a fine introduction to the all sparkling wine from Trentino.  It delivers the characteristic stony notes of the region, with tart apple fruit, soft yeasty notes and a persistent mousse that brings a creamy texture to the midpalate.  The finish is crisp and tangy with a brioche impression that lingers.  Well done!
