Fox Run 2020 Semi-Dry Riesling continues the stylistic cues of the line-up with the vibrant acidity, and comes in just off dry, with much less overtly sweet character than you would expect from 2.3% residual sugar. Meyer lemon, sweet lime, a dash of peach and crisp minerality linger long and invitingly. This is my kind of solo glass, and it will also work with spicy Thai food or on the Thanksgiving table.
