That’s brisk, baby! A bright asparagus driven aroma profile carries secondary notes of lemon, stone and grass, they all show as palate flavors, with a finish that pushes the sweet lemon and a little black tea note that makes for a really interesting glass. Think Arnold Palmer cocktail, and you’ll have a good idea. Don’t over chill this — you’ll miss some of the nuances, and you will want to get at all of it while slurping down oysters. Nicely realized wine!
