Domaine du Cellier aux Moines produced a stunning array of 2020 whites. With this one, they achieved a perfect combination of creamy character associated with Côte de Beaune whites and the stone-y mineral character of Mercurey whites. Like their Montagny, this is one of the best white wines from Mercurey I’ve had. Don’t miss it.
