Another winner from the deft hand of winemaker Bibiana Gonzales-Rave. It celebrates the taut, cool climate style that presents in brilliant unsaturated color, with cherry, strawberry and rhubarb flavors allowed to shine without overt secondary character might smother the seductive fruit. The finish brings in just a touch of stem character that deepens the fruit perception and extends things pleasantly. Serve this with roast turkey or pork loin. Very well managed wine, as we have come to expect from this label.
