Aromas of cherry cola get things started, and some oak spice joins in. On the palate, the oak is a little more assertive, with damp earth, black cherry and medium toast notes showing underneath. The tannin-to-fruit load shows balance, and as the oak folds in this Pinot Noir will turn in to a pretty wine and a pretty good value.
