Bezel is a new product from the Cakebread family, who reaches southward to source the fruit for this tasty Chardonnay. Aromas of apple, pear, light toast and flowers get good palate translation as flavors, with lemon creme added on the palate. Taut acidity and a gentle hand with the oak make for a food friendly wine that will pair well with grilled halibut, and you can sauce up the prep.
