This brand new release from J Vineyards showcases both a classic Russian River cherry cola profile and the extra energy boost that the 2021 vintage is going to become famous for. There’s an acidic drive to this that allows the winemaker a little freedom to utilize oak profiles to enhance without trampling on the fruit character. Complexity is the name of the game here, delivered at a price that seems ridiculously low. Kudos to Nicole Hitchcock and her team!
