Casa Jipi (pronounced Hippie) binds Rancho Llano Colorado, Vinicola Bruma, and Lulu Martinez Ojeda, a leading Bordeaux-trained winemaker in Mexico. This 2021 Nebbiolo is a medium crimson in the glass, moving to pink and orange at the rim, offering lively and vibrant notes of fresh rose, ripe raspberry, crushed blueberry, blood orange peel, wild herbs, and underbrush. It has a silky but taut structure, fine-grained tannins, and a beautiful balance of polish and rusticity.
