The phylloxera-free grapes for Domaine Bousquet’s 2021 "Virgen" Cabernet Sauvignon are certified organic and were harvested in late January and early February, then fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine did not see any oak, which allows the pure fruit aromas and flavors of blackberry, black cherry and black plum with a touch of cassis to shine. It is fresh and lively in the mouth with crisp acidity and smooth as silk tannins. It is USDA Certified, no sulfites added, vegan, and organic.
