The cooling maritime influence in the Cape South Coast allows slow ripening and strong flavor development in the Chenin Blanc grapes. In 2023 the cool growing season allowed for full aromatic and flavor development. The Beaumont Chenin Blanc was fermented in concrete and stainless steel tanks and offers scents of flowers, green apple, pear, pineapple and citrus. On the palate, the pure tropical fruit flavors are supported by apple, pear and citrus tones. It is a delicious and affordable Chenin Blanc.
