I continue to believe, with thanks to this wine in particular, that Chardonnay is the best thing that MacRostie produces – and they produce a lot of very fine wine. This shows the bold side of Chardonnay but does not go over the top, its opulent fruit managed by racy acidity, judicious oak choices and general food friendliness. Keep ‘em coming!
