Crafted from Steen (Chenin Blanc) and Vaalblaar (Palomino), the 2022 Old Vine Series Skerpioen originates from St. Helena Bay in the Swartland region. Only 7,400 bottles of this exquisite and delectable wine were produced. Myriad of delightful aromas flood the senses — ripe yellow apple, lime zest, white peach, candied salted lemon, and a hint of oyster shells all waft from the glass. On the palate, mouth-watering freshness, energetic acidity, and distinctive saline and minerality take center stage, with lingering citrus notes leading to a lively finish.
