San Felice’s Campogiovanni Brunello is very long on the palate. At first taste, the wine seems a bit light in body, though with great flavors. A few hours later it had bulked up, with dark blackberry fruits and lots of lip-smacking tannins to add to the overall taste. So, be sure to decant or to open the bottle an hour in advance.
