A rich and complex expression, with a little whole cluster fermentation adding some stemmy pepper notes to the raspberry, black cherry, rhubarb and mixed fall spice. These are all translating beautifully on the palate even at this early stage, with a silky texture countered by bright acidity that hold everything together through the finish. This is headed for real beauty down the road if you can defer its youthful charm. Contains clones 2A, Pommard, 828 and Swan.
