If there is a traditional style among all of the experimentation with oak and lees aging in the Rias Baixas region, this might be the paradigm. It is bright and floral initially, with notes of lanolin and lime zest over white peach and pear with sea saline. The palate translates these elements well, with some emphasis on the lime zest in the finish. This will delight with oysters or pintxos of all kinds.
