This Albariño draws on a little vanilla from the oak use, and it works surprisingly well against the tart citrus and stony mineral character of this fresh and tasty wine. The old TV commercial for Nestea comes to mind – “That’s brisk, baby!” – and the fresh lemon and lime zest combo in the finish makes this a conversion wine for your friends that are stuck on Margaritas. Nice!
