An interesting issue from the Roederer stable at an affordable price – for Bordeaux reds – it is a blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon and 35% Merlot. It is a light-impact red, with a smooth, almost silky body and flavors that are light on fruit and heavy on savory notes, including almost garrigue-like ones, and lots of mellow wood.
