Somewhat similar in structure and taste to a Burgundy, particularly similar to an everyday Mâcon, Overshine’s Gap’s Crown Vineyard Chardonnay has a lean body and lots of apple flavors, with a bit of tanginess in the finish. An agreeable if not complex drink.
