Overshine’s 2022 Castelli Knight Vineyard Pinot Noir has a lot of freshness to it with young berry fruitiness, but it doesn’t come across very strongly with typical Pinot Noir fruitiness, such as cherry or raspberry. There is lots of tangy acidity in the finish.
