Viña González Bastías is home to some of the oldest, continuously family-owned País (also known as Mission) vines in the world. Often celebrated as the Chilean Gamay, this 2022 País offers a broader and more structured palate than one might expect. Its highly aromatic nose reveals notes of strawberry, orange peel, cinnamon, anise, coriander, and rose water. Fresh acidity adds just the right depth, leading to a smooth, dry finish.
