Elk Cove Vineyards, Willamette Valley (Oregon) Estate Pinot Noir Rosé 2023 ($18)

This is a plush and fairly full-flavored Rosé that offers a great deal of tasting pleasure. The aromas are forward and enticing, with ripe cherry, strawberry and tropical guava notes backed by hints of flowers and orange peel. Ripe and round on the palate, its luscious cherry and strawberry flavors are supported by the orange zest, herb and spice tones. It is a marvelous wine to enjoy on its own but has enough body to serve with salmon or most anything off the grill.
