Located in the heart of Santa Barbara, Presqu’ile is a family-run operation focused on soil-driven wines from cool-climate sites. When Dieter Cronje took on the role of winemaker for Presqu’ile, he drew inspiration from the Côte-d’Or. That inspiration shows in this bright and fresh 2022 Chardonnay, featuring notes of yellow stone fruit, green apple, lemon curd, wet stone, and a subtle hint of oak from its 11 months in barrel. While it has California roots, its French influence is unmistakable.
