There is real structure in this Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon, and textbook regional aromas and flavors are starting to show themselves through the skin tannins, wood influence and acidic structure. That said, this is pretty tasty already. Just give it a long decanting if drinking in the near term, or age up to ten years for full integration of all the elements.
