Donnafugata, Etna Bianco DOC (Sicily, Italy) “Sul Vulcano” 2021 (Folio Fine Wine Partners)

Gradually this premium producer from Sicily’s west end has broadened its offerings to include other parts of the island. This Carricante-based white is very fresh and a little tangy in the finish, medium bodied with lightly orange-ish flavors, some minerality (as expected) and light but gripping tannins. Very well made.
