Lyon Vineyards is a large biodynamic and sustainable vineyard in Alexander Valley. They pride themselves on their biodiversity, cover crops, and bee gardens. Kivelstadt builds on Lyon’s sustainable vineyard approach with a light hand in the winemaking process. Kivelstadt’s Sauvignon Blanc is bright and grapefruit dominant, with nectarine, peach, chalk, and lemon accents. The Lyon Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc was planted in 1975 and continues to produce delicious and complex wines.
