Fiol, Prosecco DOC (Veneto, Italy) Extra Dry NV ($19)

This is delightful, though it falls well outside what I typically think of as the Prosecco flavor spectrum. Think light side Paloma cocktail here – the snazzy pink grapefruit vibe is bright and carries just the right sweetness to make it last. It’s an outlier to be sure, but if you like pink grapefruit, you will love this.
