It seems that Sparkling Rosé is gaining a foothold in England among producers, and for good reason. Regional acid profiles make pretty jazzy iterations possible, and this fits the category well. Fresh strawberry and lemon zest are present boldly from start to finish, and the texture is crisp, clean and bright throughout. Simple, but pure and pleasing.
