If you don’t already have sparkling wine from Argentina on your radar, it may be time to get it there with wines like this one coming available. A faint pink tinge attracts the eye, but if you were tasting blindfolded, you’d never guess that this is 100% Pinot Noir. It shows bright mixed citrus and stone minerality, with just a touch of residual sugar adding lift to lemon and strawberry flavors. It is fruit driven from beginning to end, and a little hint of winter mint that brightens everything. The finish lingers with apple and peach notes. Lots going on.
