What a crisp refresher this is! Stony minerality drives this wine, based on Vermentino, which is known as Rolle in France. A peach and soft lemon fruit vibe through a finish will bring you back to life after a day’s work in the hot sun. I know some folks like a beer for this purpose, but here’s a challenge – give this a spin and see if you don’t think I’m right. You’ll be glad you did.
