Made from 87-year-old vines at elevation over 600 meters, this wine has an earthy, mushroomy aroma reminiscent of good Pinot Noir. There’s plenty of freshness in the mouthfeel and the minerality is like a line of white stones. It’s mushroom- and mineral-driven, yet has an undercurrent of ripe red fruit that comes out on the finish. 13.5% alcohol.
