Should you spot this wine in a retail store or on a restaurant wine list, don’t hesitate to buy it on account of its outstanding value and excellent quality. It shows fresh berry and plum fruit that is soft in texture but still sufficiently grippy to hold up to fairly robust red meat dishes — though it would be at its very best with more moderate fare such as duck or veal.
