Anthill Farms entered the industry in 2003 with a focus on producing high-quality single-vineyard Pinot Noirs. Their success has enabled them to expand winemaking operations to include this head-turner of a white wine. Bright acidity and rich apple orchard fruit brings an elevated white wine with the feng shui of an apple cider. This white blend still has a lot going on with lychee, nectarine, red apple, geranium, and honeysuckle notes. The wine also benefits greatly from partial oak aging giving it a wonderful round mouthfeel. The blend is comprised of 60% Pinot Gris, 20% Pinot Noir and 20% Gewürztraminer.
