Some wineries in the Finger Lakes like to show off just how versatile Riesling can be by offering several different iterations when the vintage allows. In this bottle that falls between dry and off dry on the spectrum, beautiful harmony exists between acid and sweetness, and the winemaking choice brings a light spiced apricot tone to the citrus fruit without thickening the texture. Just barely off dry, it’s a fine regional signature showcase that you can’t go wrong with.
