You might be a little confused if you were blind tasting this wine in trying to guess its variety, as it has some of the green-fruit characteristics of Sauvignon Blanc and related grapes. It also has the minerality of a white Burgundy and the crispness as well. And its tartness and light fruitiness does make in a good food companion.
