Somewhat atypical for this bottling, this vintage offers a little more fruit oomph than usually makes it to this wine. Bright cherry, dry earth, dried spring herbs and a little cinnamon are still integrating with the oak toast, but some cellar time will resolve that with ease. Though Nate Klostermann recently left Argyle, this wine definitely carries his signature style markers.
