This fine sparkler is made from the Dijon clone of Chardonnay. Argyle was the first winery to commercially plant the clone in Oregon. Here it yields a fresh pear and wet stone aroma profile that ride pleasantly scouring acidity with notes of tart apple, toast and crisp stony minerality joining in on the palate. The mouth-watering finish will have you sipping repeatedly – it will go quickly!
