Arkenstone, Napa Valley (California) Cabernet Sauvignon “NVD” 2021 ($111)

Arkenstone is one of the premier and relatively new generation of wineries located on Howell Mountain, although this wine is a blend of grapes from its various valley sources. It has light black fruitiness with lots of tannins (more subtle in nature than having a wham impact) and is somewhat lean though with a pleasant aromatic finish.
