A mix of oak aging and stainless steel aging give this Albariño real complexity. The oak rounds the acidity just a touch, but the freshness still comes barreling through (pun intended) with bright citrus, a little stone fruit, even Juicyfruit, with a little sea spray and floral character thrown in. Lots going on here. I want in!
