This is a delightful sparkler that makes a dessert on its own or pairs beautifully with berries and cream. It’s all about the raspberries on the nose and in the mouth, with added notes of clove and bramblebush. Nice bright acid balance and a long finish that’s not cloying, but lingers very long keeps you coming back for more. Platinum award winner at the San Diego International Wine Competition.
