My wife used to complain about how she would love Chenin Blanc if it wasn’t for the wooly aromas and the bitter finish. Well, I will be serving this wine to her “blind" to see what she says, because it has no sign of either characteristic. It’s just fresh, light and fun. Mission accomplished! A Platinum Award winner at the 2021 Sommelier Challenge International Wine & Spirits Competition.
