From Columbia Valley, Washington state’s largest viticultural region, this engaging and generous wine blends together 44% Cabernet Sauvignon, 37% Merlot, 16% Malbec and 3% Cabernet Franc. Barrel aged for 18 months in 20% new American oak, the deeply colored wine is dry and layered. Dark red fruits are revealed as the wine unfurls across the palate with clarity and focus. Hints of spice, a touch of bright acidity, and light tannins on the finish are all part of the charm.
